The functions of the system

●To produce voting models for printing
Different types of voting models have been placed in the system. Users only enter the names and photos of candidates and the system can produce the needed electronic voting model, which can be printed.
●To read in votes automatically
The system can automatically read in electronic images of votes in painted catalog regions.
●To identify and calculate votes
The system uses advanced image manipulation technology, and can collect voting messages in specific areas automatically to identify and calculate them.
●To check up and make up votes
For a few votes, which have been attainted and cannot be identified, the system will collect them together, check up them and make up them artificially under supervision.
●To produce voting reports
The system can export voting reports according to required format and signed by elections committee members.
●To establish and demand archives of voting electronic images
The electronic images of votes will be built into indexes according to the catalogs of voted candidates. The information can be demanded and verified, or restart counting the votes at any time, so as to resolve queries and troubles about the vote.

●Common paper is all right; no particular demand for voting paper is needed.
●The voting signal can be denoted by the “√” sign and do not have to be shed, agreeable to voters’ writing habits.
●The system supports three types of voting’s regarding to the same amount, different amount or the mixed type.
●Both sides of a vote can be printed by two different voting models; different types of voting models can be used at the same time.
●Input direction or any side can be acceptable.
●Support high-speed scanners, achieve the fast recognition and computation
●The size of voting electronic images files: about 20K/per paper (The format :A4).
